INGREDIENTS:
1 package of linguine, cooked al dente
20 ml (4 tsp) olive oil
75 ml (1/3 cup) green onion, minced
30 ml (2 tbsp) sun-dried tomatoes, julienned
30 ml (2 tbsp) sun-dried black olives
200 ml (3/4 cup) diced tomatoes in can
60 ml (4 tbsp) Rose Hill garlic extra seasoning
120 ml (8 tbsp) white wine
90 ml (6 tbsp) parmesan cheese
500 ml (2 cups) 35 % cooking cream
Parsley, minced to taste
METHOD:
1. In a large frying pan, heat olive oil and sauté green onion, sun-dried tomatoes and black olives.
2. Add diced tomatoes.
3. Deglaze with white wine. Reduce.
4. Add cream and Rose Hill garlic extra seasoning.
5. Add linguine and Parmesan cheese.
6. To serve, garnish with minced Italian parsley.
