454 g of ground beef
1 spanish onions cut into small cubes
2 red pepper cut in strips
2 green pepper cut in strips
5 chopped garlic cloves
500 ml of tomatos coulis

1 cup of ketchup
3 tablespoons ancho chipotle Rose Hill
1 tea spoon of ground cumin
1 tea spoon of ground ginger
3 tablespoons of vegetable oil
25 g of Rose Hill European beef base
1 box (540 ml) of red beans, drained
1. In a pan, add oil and sauté the onions, garlic and peppers. Add ground beef and brown them, add the remaining ingredients and simmer for 1 hour.
2. Serve with chopped red onions, marinated in lime juice.
Optional: garnish chili with sour cream.
