INGREDIENTS:
1 red onion, thinly sliced
6 oz Kalamata greek olives
1 green bell pepper, sliced
4 large tomatoes, quartered
1 english cucumber, sliced
6 slices 30 g (1 oz) of feta cheese
90 ml (6 tbsp) greek virgin olive oil
15 ml (1 tbsp) Rose Hill Greek style seasoning
Ground black pepper to taste
METHOD:
1. In a large salad bowl, combine the onion, olives, bell pepper, tomatoes and cucumber.
2. Whisk together the olive oil, Rose Hill Greek style seasoning and black pepper.
3. Add feta slices, pour dressing over salad and serve.
